Terms & Conditions

Orders with Cascelloid will only be accepted through www.casceloid.co.uk.  Orders are not accepted by phone, fax or letter.

Payments

Cascelloid will accept the following forms of payment

  • Most credit or debit cards including American express
  • PayPal
  • Bacs/Direct transfer
  • Cheque

*please note cheques must clear before goods are despatched

Delivery

It is Cascelloids aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours, however we are currently unable to guarantee this due to the ongoing challenges caused by the pandemic. Whilst every effort is made to adhere to the stated delivery schedule Cascelloid can accept no liability for loss of time or business caused by delays to despatching orders

All orders are shipped on a next working day shipment by either DPD or Parcelforce, the proof of delivery (POD) supplied by either courier shall be deemed irrevocable evidence of your order successfully arriving at its destination. POD’s are available upon request.

Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee orders will arrive by a specific time, any redelivery costs incurred by Cascelloid caused by unsuccessful delivery attempts will be chargeable to you.

Pricing

All prices on the website exclude VAT, which will be added at checkout, this includes carriage costs which will incur VAT at the same rate as any goods purchased.

Backorders

Whist we endeavour to keep the vast majority of our product range in stock at all times, it is possible that occasionally some goods will be briefly unavailable. In this event you will be contacted by a customer service representative, giving you the option to cancel your order, wait for the products to arrive with us or to amend your order to an alternative product.

Cancelations and Amendments

Orders can be amended or cancelled on the same day they were placed up until 3pm by sending an email to Info@cascelloid.com

Returns

It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the containers and closures are compatible with each other, as well as ensuring that the container is suitable for the intended purpose. Cascelloid can accept no liability for leaks and damages caused by non-faulty products. You should always conduct a test with your product in the containers you propose to use.

Cascelloid cannot accept returns of food grade materials for any reason other than the unlikely event of an incorrect dispatch of the goods. For other ordered items, they can be returned within 7 days for credit with Cascelloid, we will not credit carriage costs and a 25 % restocking fee may be charged at our discretion. Please note any goods damaged in transit during the returns process will not be accepted for credit.

Continuity

While every effort is made to ensure our product lines are continuously available, supply issues can lead to slight changes in product specification. This is done solely at Cascelloids discretion.

All product images, dimensions and capacities nominal and Brimful) are approximate only and should only be used as a general guide to what you will receive. Cascelloid strongly advises that any packaging or labelling generated for our products be done after receiving them not from the dimensions given on the website.
